Reflect Productions GY is a community-driven theatre company based in Great Yarmouth, dedicated to using theatre and creative arts to support individuals struggling with mental health difficulties and to make a lasting impact within the community. Through engaging performances, interactive workshops, and theatre-in-education programs, Reflect Productions creates a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for individuals of all ages to express themselves, build confidence, and find connections.

Our goal is to use theatre as a tool for mental health awareness, personal growth, and social change. We believe that storytelling and creative expression can empower individuals, break stigmas around mental health, and foster resilience.
