Reflect Productions GY is a community-driven theatre company based in Great Yarmouth, dedicated to using theatre and creative arts to support individuals struggling with mental health difficulties and to make a lasting impact within the community. Through engaging performances, interactive workshops, and theatre-in-education programs, Reflect Productions creates a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for individuals of all ages to express themselves, build confidence, and find connections.

Our goal is to use theatre as a tool for mental health awareness, personal growth, and social change. We believe that storytelling and creative expression can empower individuals, break stigmas around mental health, and foster resilience. Through our work, we provide a voice for those who often feel unheard and create an inclusive, uplifting environment where people can explore their emotions, build coping strategies, and develop a sense of belonging.

We offer a range of theatre-based mental health support programs for individuals of all ages, including:

•	Theatre-in-Education (TIE) Programs: Interactive performances and workshops tailored for schools, colleges, and community groups, focusing on mental health awareness, resilience, self-care, and emotional well-being. These performances are designed to spark meaningful conversations and provide practical strategies for managing mental health.

•	Drama Workshops for Mental Health Support: Creative sessions that use acting, storytelling, movement, and improvisation to help participants process emotions, reduce anxiety, and build confidence. These workshops are open to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, social isolation, or other mental health challenges.
